GLUTEN FREE PORRIDGE BREAD

It is hard work these days trying to find a Gluten Free bread that does not have half a page of ingredients in it and taste good, besides ,McCambridge’s Bread which I really like when I have run out of my own. This is a nice recipe for a tasty and filing gf bread, I hope you like it!nnIngredientsn1 large tub dairy free yogurt /coconut yogurt (500 ml)n2 tubs of fine gluten free porridge oats (if using jumbo oats, mill them in a food processor or coffee grinder).n2 tsp of g.f baking sodan½ tsp saltn1 eggn1 tablespoon of Dairy free MilknOat BrannnMethodnPlace baking soda, salt and the yogurt in a mixing bowl.nUsing the same yogurt tub measure 2 tubs of porridge oats and add to the bowl. Stir thoroughly.nAdd beaten egg and milk and stir to combine.nPlace in a greased standard loaf tin (2lbs/900g – 18.5 x 11.5 x 9cm).nSprinkle with oat bran.nCook at 180°C for approx 50 mins (depending on your oven).nAt the end of cooking time, remove the bread from the tin and cook for another 10 mins.nLeave to cool on wire tray.
