​MY GREEN MORNING BOOST JUICE RECIPE - ENERGISING



This is a great energiser. Parsley (even just a little) in anything gives you a kick!

Ingredients: 1 cup of parsley

1/2 apple 1/2 cucumber 2 carrots 2 celery stalks

Core the apple and split in half. Juice the carrots, apple, celery and parsley. Drink immediately.
