BAKED BANANA OATS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup oats
  • n

  • 1½ cups plant milk
  • n

  • 2 bananas (1 mashed, 1 sliced on top)
  • n

  • Handful of chopped walnuts
  • n

  • Handful of raisins
  • n

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • n

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • n

METHOD

    n

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C/350°F
  2. n

  3. Mash one banana and mix in a baking tray with all the other ingredients.
  4. n

  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the top is more firm.
  6. n

  7. Remove from oven and add the sliced banana on top.
  8. n

  9. Pop back in the oven and bake for a further 10-15 minutes, then remove and munch.
