2 cups (~145g) oats
3 cups (~710ml) plant milk or any milk of your choice
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Pre-heat oven to 180°C/350°F
Chop up the apple and mix in a baking tray with all the other ingredients.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the top is golden brown and firm.
Serve warm by itself, or with a dash of milk, dollop of peanut butter and/or drizzle of maple syrup.
