RAW SUPERFOOD PROTEIN BALLS

raw superfood protein balls

PERFECT PRE WORKOUT SNACK OR A HEALTHY SNACK ON THE GO!

INGREDIENTS:

1 scoop Raw Protein Powder -pea, hemp or spirulina protein

 2 teaspoons  of organic sesame seeds 2 teaspoons of organic chia seeds

2 teaspoons of raw cacao powder

2 heaped tablespoons of organic nut butter

2 tablespoons raw organic honey (or other liquid sweetener for vegan)

Pinch of pink himalayan salt

Handful of mixed nuts (soaked overnight)


PREPARATION


Combine all ingredients into a food processor and process until well combined and in a crumbly, paste-type consistency.Scoop small spoonfuls and squeeze tightly in the palm of your hands then roll between the palms of your hands into a small ball shape.Serve plain, or roll in sesame seeds, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, sunflower seeds or chia seeds.Refrigerate and they will become firmer.Enjoy with a cup of green tea or herbal tea of your choice!
