APPLE CRUMBLE BAKED OATS

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups (~145g) oats

  • 3 cups (~710ml) plant milk or any milk of your choice

  • 2 apples

  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt



METHOD

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C/350°F

  2. Chop up the apple and mix in a baking tray with all the other ingredients.

  3. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the top is golden brown and firm.

  4. Serve warm by itself, or with a dash of milk, dollop of peanut butter and/or drizzle of maple syrup.
